Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal data, and what rights you have over it.

Last updated: 17 September 2026. This page is a plain-language starting point written to reflect exactly what this website currently does — it hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and we’d recommend having it checked before the site goes live.

1. Who we are

Impacked International (VAT BE 0471.122.268), Industrieweg 11, B-3840 Tongeren-Borgloon, Belgium, is the controller responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at info@impacked.eu or +32 89 20 97 50 for anything related to this policy.

2. What personal data we collect

This site doesn’t have user accounts, a shop, or any tracking beyond the technical logs a web host normally keeps. The only personal data we actively collect is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, company name, email address, what you’re looking to package, and whatever you write in the message field.

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

We use the information you submit through the contact form to answer your enquiry and follow up on it — that's it. The legal basis is your consent in submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries sent to us.

4. Who we share it with

Contact form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, Inc., a form-processing service based in the United States, which acts as our data processor for this purpose. See Formspree’s own privacy policy for how they handle and safeguard that data. We don’t sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with anyone else. If you choose to load the map on our Contact page, that connects you directly to Google — see our cookie policy for details.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as it takes to answer you and, where relevant, follow up on a potential order — and in any case no longer than 2 years after our last contact with you, unless we’re required to keep it longer (for example for accounting purposes once a quote becomes an invoice).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; to restrict or object to how we process it; to receive a copy of it in a portable format; and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these, email info@impacked.eu. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels — gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data you share with us against loss, misuse or unauthorised access, in line with what a service like Formspree provides for form submissions in transit and at rest.

8. Children

This site is a business-to-business website and isn’t directed at children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the site changes. The date at the top always shows when it was last revised.
